Holistic Embrace Therapies is based on the philosophy that holistic health is the natural state of all beings, and that it is our birthright to live in peace, happiness, and prosperity with all life on earth.

I am dedicated to the belief that each of us is personally responsible for our own health and well-being.  It is my goal to help you achieve the awareness that optimal health occurs when there is balance and harmony in all areas of our lives.  It is this state of balance that reflects our true relationship to the universe. 

I believe that therapeutic massage combined with energetic work provides a whole perspective of aiding the body in healing and balancing body, mind and spirit.  I also believe that as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master my work is to aid your body's natural ability to heal, to facilitate a space for your body to sink back into healthy rhythms and balance.  Each of us has the capacity for perfect health and harmony and it is my belief that regular massage and energy work can aid in achieving that balance. 

Therapeutic massage aids the body in cleansing lactic acid and absorbing nutrients, improving circulation and muscle tone. Calming the nervous system, massage alleviates anxiety, and affects a deep state of relaxation and personal integration.

Reiki and Energy work provides balance and free flow of universal life force energy. The combination of the two provides a holistic embrace therapy.  Allowing space to "get out of your head", to slow down the mental chatter and to re-focus on your body's natural rhythms. 
A good integrated massage will leave your muscles feeling relaxed, your mind serene, and your heart peaceful.  Usui Reiki, Crystal Stone and Vibrational Sound healing aids in balancing your energy centers and reinforcing the physical by balancing and healing the subtle energies of the body, centering and calming the mind and emotions.
